Enedina Esquibel

Services are scheduled at 9:30 A.M. Saturday, January 29, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church for Enedina Dominguez Esquibel, Artesia, New Mexico. PMrs. Esquibel, 77, died Wednesday, January 26, 2005 at her home. PFr. Paul Murtagh SS.CC. will officiate at the services with burial at Woodbine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Daniel Paul Esquibel, Jim Esquibel, Gabriel Carrasco, Abel Lopez, Jaime Omar Orozco, Manuel Orozco, Alvin Cortes, and Michael Briseno. PA vigil service is also planned for 6:30 P.M. Friday at Our Lady of Grace. Visitation at Terpening amp; Son Mortuary will begin at 10:00 AM Friday. PMrs. Esquibel was born February 15, 1927 in Marfa, Texas; the daughter of Cipriano Dominguez and Jesusita Lujan Dominguez. POn November 17, 1949 she was married to Daniel Esquibel in Artesia. He preceded her in death April 27, 1990. PA lifelong Artesia resident, Mrs. Esquibel was a housewife and member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.
Survivors include a son Danny Esquibel of Levelland, Texas; daughters Estella Orozco of Levelland, Esmera Esquibel of Artesia, Elidia Carrasco of Levelland, Elvira Sanchez of Levelland, and Elba Lopez of Artesia; a brother Belen Dominguez of Artesia; sisters Maria Acosta of Artesia and Sara Chavez of Monahans, Texas; 28 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
