Ellen Agan

Graveside services are scheduled at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 7, at Woodbine Cemetery for Ellen Gail Agan, 4142 Calle Americana, Las Cruces, New Mexico. Mrs. Agan, 55, died Tuesday, March 4, 2008 in Las Cruces. Rev. David Groesnick and Peggy White will officiate at the services. Visitation will be at Terpening Son Mortuary beginning at 10 a.m. Thursday. Mrs. Agan was born July 2, 1952 in Artesia, New Mexico; the daughter of Charles F. Hammett and Irene G. Stewart Hammett. She moved to Las Cruces in 1971. She was a veterinarian assistant and attended the Nazarene church. She had a great love for animals. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Selma Ruth Hammett. Survivors include a son Isaac Wayne Agan and wife Heather of Colorado Springs, Colorado; brother Brent Hammett and wife Cindy of Artesia; niece Sarah Hammett of Artesia, and a nephew John Paul Hammett of Artesia.
