Graveside services are scheduled at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 27, at Woodbine Cemetery for Elijah Noel Garcia, of Artesia. Elijah died Sunday, April 24, 2005 at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center in Roswell. Wayne Bedingfield will officiate at the services. A rosary is scheduled at Terpening Son Mortuary, Tuesday beginning at 7:00 P.M. Elijah was born April 24, 2005 in Roswell, the son of Stephen Garcia and Sara Torrez Garcia. Survivors include his parents Stephen Sara Garcia of Artesia, N.M.; grandparents Christina and Tony Chavez of Artesia, David and Susan Duran of Clovis, N.M., Ricky Garcia of Artesia, and Becky Willis and her husband Joe of Carlsbad, N.M.; maternal great-grandparents Connie Martinez of Artesia, and Laverne Gressett of Artesia; paternal great-grandparents Margarito Salmon of Artesia; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
