Mrs. Turner was born February 7, 1938 in Pueblo, Colorado; the daughter of William Selvage and Emma Huff Selvage. On July 16, 1964 she was married to Lawrence Turner in Pueblo, Colorado. He preceded her in death 1994. She came to Artesia in May 2006 from Pueblo. She was a housewife. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include daughters Pamela Graham of Artesia, and Debra Hallman of Chandler, Arizona; 2 brothers, 4 sisters, 7 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
