Ediberto "Eddie" Guzman

Ediberto D. Guzman, age 70, of Artesia, N.M passed away on March 3, 2024, in his hometown. 

He was born March 21, 1953, in Artesia, N.M, to Benancio and Celia Guzman. Ediberto known to his loved ones as Eddie, had a passion for working with his hands and building unique creations. He also had a deep love for oldies and spanish music. 

Eddie will be dearly missed and survived by his son Eric and Ambra Guzman, Izaiiah and Ameria Guzman of Las Cruces NM; Daughter Vanessa and Peter Garcia, Judah and Joshua Garcia of Katy, TX; daughter Naomi and Chris Ortega, Alexander Ortega, Aryana and Ricky Martinez and Elijah Martinez of Katy, TX, brother Benny and Corrine Guzman of Artesia NM. 

He is preceded in death by his parents Benancio and Celia Guzman, Brother Hector Guzman, and sister Odelia Rascon, grandparents Elonercio and Manuela Dominguez. His heart was his six grandkids and great grandson. 

A viewing will be help from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on March 11, 2024 at Terpening & Son Mortuary Chapel. A memorial service in honor of Eddie will be held on Wednesday, March 13, at 11 am at Victory Life Fellowship, 602 N. 10th Street, Artesia NM.
