There will be no local visitation or services for Dorothy V. Petty of Artesia, N.M. Ms. Petty 86, died on Jan. 8, 2006 in Artesia. Cremation has taken place and she will be buried in Yorkville, Tennessee at a later date. She is survived by a son Robert W. Ellis, Sr. and wife Irine of Artesia; grandchildren Diana K. Harvey of Artesia, Debbie Garrett husband Kenny of Artesia, Donna Barber of Midland, Texas, Robert W. Ellis, Jr. fiance Kathy of Artesia, and Ricky Ellis of Artesia; grandson-in-law Danny Harvey of Artesia; great-grandchildren D. Robert Harvey wife Stacy of Lubbock, Texas, Kortney Garrett of Lubbock, Kandice Kaiser of Portales, N.M., Joshua Garrett wife Tammy of Lake Arthur, Eric Kaiser fiance Erica of Plainview, Texas, Kenzie Bilberry husband Travis of Artesia, Nathan Harvey of Artesia, Kelsie Garrett of Artesia, Brenden Harvey of Artesia, Ashley Ellis of Roswell, and Casey and Gene Ellis of Artesia, and great-great-grandchildren Austin and J.D.
