Domingo Salas, Jr.

Services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, for Domingo Salas, Jr. 701 Cleveland Ave., Artesia, New Mexico.

Mr. Salas, 60, died Friday, November 20, 2015 at his home.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Terpening & Son.

Domingo was born August 28, 1955 in Artesia, New Mexico; the son of Domingo Salas and Tomasa (Delgado) Salas. He came back to Artesia in 1995 from Arizona.

On July 2, 2002 he was married to Christena Miller in Artesia.

He was a cement finisher and a christian.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Virginia Granado.

Survivors include his wife Christena Salas of Artesia; sons Jacob Miller of Needles, Arizona, and Antonio Miller of Needles; daughters Chelsea Miller of California, Stephanie Strode of Cortez, New Mexico, Stephanie De La Jose of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Victoria Miller of Oregon; brothers Tommy Salas of Tucson, Arizona, Jimmy Salas of Artesia, Ernest Salas of Tucson, and Eddy Salas of Artesia; sister Yolanda Grado of Phoenix, Arizona; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
