Divina Duncan

A memorial graveside service will be scheduled for a later date for Divina Lee Duncan of Artesia, New Mexico.

Mrs. Duncan, 67, died Thursday, March 29, 2018, at Artesia General Hospital Emergency Room.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 3, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Terpening & Son Chapel. Cremation will follow under the direction of Terpening & Son Mortuary.

Divina was born on October 4, 1950 in Artesia to Ernest C. Stone and Amanda (Allison) Stone. She was a life long Artesia resident.

On April 25, 1966, she married Robert Duncan in Juarez, Mexico.

Divina worked as a waitress and was of the baptist faith. She enjoyed fishing, arts and crafts, and was a collector of anything that caught her eye including rocks. Her love was her family and getting to spend time with them.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, and a brother.

Survivors include her husband Robert of the family home; daughter Jackie Duncan of Artesia; sons Kenneth Duncan and Robert Duncan both of Artesia; sisters Marie Stone of Santa Monica, California and Daisy Drake of Artesia; 8 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and step-children.
