Debra Lara

Services are scheduled at 9:30 A.M. Friday, April 30, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church for Debra Alvarado Laraof Artesia, New Mexico. Mrs. Lara, 35, died Monday, April 26, 2004 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Burial will be at Woodbine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joe Gonzalez, Mark Brizeno, John Brizeno, Jamie Molina, Steven Molina andn Daniel Molina. A rosary service is also scheduled for 6:30 P.M. Thursday at Our Lady of Grace Church. Mrs. Lara was born April 16, 1969 in Artesia; the daughter of Antonio Lara, Jr. and Socorro Alvarado Lara. A lifelong resident of Artesia, she was a homemaker and member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. She loved to crochet and participate in outdoor activities. She was preceded in death by her father; hergrandfathers; and by a daughter. Survivors include her mother Socorro Lara of Artesia; daughter Candace Delilah Lara of Artesia; brothers Rodney Lara, Phillip Lara, Anthony Lara, and Patrick Lara all of Artesia; sisters Annette Lara of Roswell, N.M., and Carolina Lara of Artesia; andnumerous nieces and nephews.
