Services are scheduled at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, July 9, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church for Remigio Daniel Alcocer, 806 Bates Ave., Artesia, New Mexico.

Burial will be at Woodbine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Domingo Dominguez, Louie Alcocer Sr., Daniel Lopez, Louie Alcocer Jr., LaloAvila Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Martin Alcocer, and Belinda Pena. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. at Our Lady of Grace Church. A rosary is also scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Friday at Our Lady of Grace Church.

Daniel was born July 8, 1958 in Colima, Mexico the son of Remigio Daniel Alcocer Sr. and Maria Guillen Alcocer.

In 1980 he was married to Deborah Dominguez in California. He came to Artesia in 1986 from California.

He was a plumber and a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, and a son Jerry Alcocer.

Survivors include his wife Deborah Alcocer of the family home sons Frank Flores and wife Lisa of Ft. Worth, Texas, Richard Flores and wife Patti of Ft. Irwin, Calif., Daniel Alcocer III and wife Jennifer of Artesia, , Bobby Alcocer of Artesia, and Louie Alcocer Sr. of Santa Ana, Calif. daughters Delilah Franco of Artesia, and Christina Segura and husband Jason of Artesia brothers Harvey Guillen of Mexico, and Martin Alcocer of Lake Paris, Calif. sisters Isabel Alcocer of Santa Ana, Calif., Martha Alcocer of Garden Grove, Calif., and Josephine Williams of Highland, Calif. 16 grandchildren, and 1 greatgranddaughter 8 nieces and 5 nephews mother Maria Guillen of Santa Ana, Calif.
