Cleo Felton

Services are scheduled at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012 at Terpening Son Chapel for Cleo Felton, 1601 Center Ave., Artesia, New Mexico.

Mrs. Felton, 75, died Monday, February 20, 2012 at Artesia General Hospital.

Jason Kraft will officiate at the services with burial at Woodbine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kim Harrison, Dustin Boyce, Hayden Harrison, Dakota Felton and Sy Felton.

Cleo was born April 8, 1936 in Conroe, Texas the daughter of Lee Meadows and Lavota Dorsey Meadows. She came to Artesia in 1956 from Carlsbad, NM.

On 1956 she was married to Dwain Felton in Carlsbad.

She retired as head checker at Fenns Supermarket and was a professional seamstress with her own label for many years a member of First Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by parents.

Survivors include sons David Felton and wife Donna of Weatherford, Texas, Neal Felton and wife Vanette of Mountain Home, Texas, and Shawn Felton and wife Missy of Stephenville, Texas daughters Selena Felton of Artesia, and Judy Harrison and husband Kim of Artesia sisters Virginia Barlow and Renalta Keen grandchildren Dustin Boyce, Shaina Felton, Hayden Harrison, Hayley Harrison, Dakota Felton and Sy Felton greatgrandchild Lakyn Boyce.
