Mrs. Madron, 68, passed away on May 24, 2017 in Artesia, New Mexico.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Terpening & Son Mortuary.

Nora was born on December 19, 1948 in Artesia; the daughter of George and Geraldean Johnson. On December 27, 1993 she married Rick Madron. She was a lifelong resident of Artesia, a homemaker, family rancher and a loving wife and mother.

Survivors include her husband Rick Madron of Artesia; son Jon Solt and wife Donna Kay of Lake Arthur, NM; daughter Ellen Bovkoon and husband Myron of Brownfield, TX; grandchildren Amanda Cabe and husband Justin of Brownfield, TX, Shelby Bennett and husband Matt of Lubbock, TX, Haley Solt, Donna Marie Solt and Jon Warren Solt all of Artesia; great-grandson Tucker Ray Cabe of Brownfield, TX; sister Marie Johnson, nephew Zane Sullivan and niece Megan Johnson all of Albuquerque, NM.
