No services are scheduled for Cathy Dolores Dees, 406 Hamilton Place, Carlsbad, New Mexico.

Mrs. Dees, 60, died Friday, March 1, 2013 in Carlsbad.

Visitation will be at Terpening Son Mortuary from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Cremation will follow under the direction of Terpening Son Mortuary.

Cathy was born September 30, 1952 in Grass Valley, California the daughter of Roy Summers and Joe Davidson Summers. She was a longtime Hagerman and Roswell resident.

On June 17, 1970 she was married to Louie Dees in Mexico. He preceded her in death Dec. 23, 2009.

She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister Betty Summers.

Survivors include sons Roy Dees of Dexter, N.M., James Dees of Hagerman, N.M., and Clint Dees of Hagerman daughters Crystal Dees of Roswell, N.M., Mindy Dees of Carlsbad, and Katie Magby of Carlsbad brother Johnny Summers of Roswell sisters Sandy McDaniel of Roswell, Joyce Marrow of San Antonio, Texas, and Donna Summers of Dallas, Texas 11 grandchildren and 1 greatgrandchild.
