Catherine Lewis Memorial services are scheduled at 10:00 AM Monday, March 15, at Terpening Son Chapel for Catherine Lewis, 511 W. Centre Ave., Artesia, New Mexico. Mrs. Lewis, 40, died Thursday, March 11, 2004 at her home. Rev. Don Price will officiate at the services. Cremation has taken place under direction of Terpening Son Mortuary. Mrs. Lewis was born December 26, 1963 in Alamagordo, New Mexico; the daughter of Robert Edgar Williams and June Earline McDorman Williams. On Feb. 2, 1985 she was married to Lonnie Lewis in Artesia. She was a lifelong resident of Artesia. She was a housewife 2 and member of the Presbyterian denomination, and Rainbows. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband Lonnie Lewis of the family home; daughter Bethany Lewis of Artesia; son Peyton Lewis of Artesia; sister June Marie Avery of Artesia; half-sisters Karen Tackett of Carlsbad, NM, and Rose Mary Williams of Dallas, Texas.
