Services are scheduled at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 28 at First United Methodist Church for Carol Griffin of Roswell, NM.

Ms. Griffin, 69, passed away on Monday, April 25, 2016 at Sunset Villa in Roswell.

There will be visitation on Wednesday at Terpening & Son Mortuary beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Carol was born on April 25, 1947 in Sioux City, Iowa; the daughter of Charles and Emogene Joy. She came to Artesia in 1974 from Gonzales, TX.

She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her parents Charles and Emogene Joy of Artesia; and her son George Gregory Griffin of Farmers Branch, TX.
