Services are scheduled at 10:00 A.M. Friday, April 11 at Terpening Son Mortuary for Callie Teddie Stottlemire, Artesia, New Mexico. Mrs. Stottlemire, 92, died Tuesday, April 8, 2003 at her home. Rev. J. B. Craft and Chaplin Mike Talley will officiate at the services with burial at Woodbine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jack Copeland, James Copeland, Ken Dickson, James Everage, Arden Lewis, David Munson and Bill Taylor. Mrs. Stottlemire was born January 9, 1911 in Mount Sterling, Kentucky; the daughter of John Kesling and Peach Stull Kesling. On April 8, 1972 she was married to Morris Dale Stottlemire in Maitland, Missouri. She came to Artesia in 1973 from North Brook, Illinois. She was a retired supervisor for General Binding Company and a member of First Baptist Church in Pinon, N.M. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons; one daughter; and one great-grandson. Survivors include her husband Morris Dale Stottlemire of the family home; a son Jerry Burns of Castle Rock, Colorado; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grand-children; and one great-great-grandchild.
