Bobby Savoie

Memorial services are scheduled at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, at First Baptist Church for Bobby L. Savoie, 200 E. Jackson Rd., Artesia, New Mexico. Mr. Savoie, 44, died Thursday, June 25, 2009. Rev. Rick Sullivan will officiate at the services. Honorary pallbearers will be all Marbob employees. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Terpening Son Mortuary. Mr. Savoie was born July 10, 1964 in Artesia, New Mexico; the son of Gene Savoie and Darlene Gibson Savoie. On July 28, 1989 he was married to Jamie Bussey in Artesia. He was a lifelong resident. He was a foreman for Marbob. Survivors include his wife Jamie Savoie of the family home; parents Gene and Darlene Savoie of Artesia; mother-in-law Terri Bussey of Artesia; son Dustin Savoie of Artesia; daughter Ashley Savoie of Artesia; brother-in-law Brett Bussey of Albuquerque, N.M.; granddaughter Desiray Martinez; niece Lauren Bussey; nephew Cody Bussey and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
