Anthony Case

Services are scheduled at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 8, at Terpening Son Chapel for Anthony Tony Case, 806 W. Mann Ave., Artesia, New Mexico. Mr. Case, 59, died Friday, May 1, 2009 at V.A. Regional Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Rev. David Grousnick will officiate at the services. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Terpening Son Mortuary. Mr. Case was born November 24, 1949 in Artesia, New Mexico; the son of Willie Lee Case and Mitzi Marie Mills Case. On Dec. 30, 1985 he was married to Cynthia Richardson in Carlsbad, NM. He was a lifelong resident of Artesia. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was a pumper and member of the Methodist denomination. He was preceded in death by his mother, father-in-law Gayle Richardson and brother-in-law Fitz Richardson. Survivors include his wife Cyndy Case of Artesia; father Bill and Norine Case of Artesia; mother-in-law Eileen Richardson of Artesia; sons Kevin Case of Moore, Oklahoma, Jason Watkins of Artesia, and Tracy Case of Artesia; daughter McKenzie Case of Moore, Oklahoma; brother Doug Case of Stockton, California; brothers-in-law Rick Richardson and wife Pam of Artesia, and Tracy Richardson and wife Linda of Artesia; uncle and aunt Jack and Doris Case of Artesia; grandchildren Kristen Watkins, Caleb Watkins and Jason Watkins.
