Anselmo (Chemo, as known by family and friends) Aragon, age 78, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Lakeview Christian Home in Carlsbad, NM.
Our dad loved to fish, visit with family and friends and garden. His love and talent (green thumb) for gardening allowed him to share many foods with his loved ones. One of his favorite things was spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They were his pride and joy.
Our dad was a very giving man. He was always willing to help anyone in need; whether it was with food, financially or even a roof over their head. He always put others before himself.
Our dad was a very hard worker. He worked hard his whole life to make sure not only his wife and children were taken care of but also his extended family.
Everyone that knew our dad knew his personality was a unique one. He kept his family and friends entertained with his dry sense of humor.
What we would hope people have learned from knowing our dad is to always be caring, giving, loving and forgiving.
