Services are scheduled at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 5, at Trinity Temple Assembly of God for Andrew John Heady, Hope, New Mexico. Mr. Heady, 22, died Friday, April 30, 2004 at his home in Hope. Rev. Leslie Hendrix, Sr. and Pastor Bobby Argo will officiate at the services with burial at Twin Oaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Quentin Dean, Kendale Hendrix, Darren Vaughn, Jacen Stuart, Bill Tippy, Jason Hendrix, Clint Dean, and Dennis Stuart. Andy was born May 1, 1981 in Artesia, New Mexico; the son of Johnny Dean Heady and Leda Vaughn Heady. A lifelong resident of the Artesia and Hope areas, he and was an equipment operator at Artesia Metals and attended Trinity Temple Assembly of God. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Sonny Hendrix, his grandmother Josie Lyles, and by an uncle Kenny Hendrix. Survivors include his fianc Lynann Wells of Hope; parents Greg and Leda Lyles of Artesia; son Ashton; brother Tony Heady and wife Jamie of Artesia; sisters Tammie Lyles of Alamogordo, N.M. and Amanda Stuart and husband Jacen of Dexter, N.M.; grandparents Barbara Hendrix of Hope, Bill and Nellie Heady of Hope, J.D. Vaughn of Black Canyon City, Arizona, and Waynon Lyles of Cottonwood, N.M.; and numerous relatives and friends.
