Andres Rojo

Closed Casket Services are scheduled at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, July 16, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church for Andres Rojo of Artesia.

Mr. Rojo, 27, died Saturday, July 5, 2015 in Lovington, NM.

Fr. Martin Cornejo will officiate at the services with burial at Woodbine Cemetery . Pallbearers will be Andrew Chavarria, Joey Lopez, Mario Martinez, Willie Hamilton, Joey Navarez,and Fabian Vasquez. Honorary Pallbearers are Felipe Rojo, Luis Rojo, Derrick Duarte, Christopher Lee Millender and Chris Gomez.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm at Terpening and Son Mortuary. A Rosary will be held on Wednesday at 6:30 pm at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.

Andres was born September 27, 1987 in Sacramento, CA; the son of Felipe Rojo and Sarah (Hernandez) Rojo. He came to Artesia in 1991 from California.

He was a college student and he worked for Raging Bull. He was a Catholic and he loved to laugh and joke. He loved people and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by a nephew Luis Mateo Rojo.

Survivors include his parents Felipe Rojo of Mexico and Sarah Rojo of Artesia; brother Luis Rojo and wife Heaven of Artesia; grandmother Sarah Hernandez of Mexico; nephew Jordan Rojo and niece Avaeh Rojo; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
