A.J. "Sonny" Bartlett

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 18, at Woodbine Cemetery for Aubrey Joseph Bartlett of Artesia, New Mexico.

Mr. Bartlett, 84, beloved Grandfather, Father, and Great-grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on December 13, 2020.

Teet Hendrix will officiate at the services. Honorary Pallbearers will be Randy Buck, Larry Troublefield Jr., David Sanford, Cole Towler, Monty Harper, Kendale Hendrix, Carlos Martinez, Michael Towler.

Visitation will be at Terpening & Son Mortuary from 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m., Friday December 18.

He entered this world on January 19, 1936 in Paducah, TX, born to Joe and Annie Bartlett.

A.J. was proceded in death his wife Mary Bartlett and daughter Ora Jeannie Bartlett and his parents Joe and Annie Bartlett.

He is survived by his granddaughter Queena Martinez; husband Carlos Martinez, grandson Michael Towler, wife Kathy Towler, great-granddaughter Aryanna Sanford of Austin Texas, great-granddaughter Hailey Towler of Artesia, great-granddaughter Elexus Jankowski of Artesia, sister Doris Erwin of Austin, Texas.
