Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 30 at Terpening & Son Mortuary Chapel for Nancy Luevano Losoya of Artesia, New Mexico.

Mrs. Losoya, 67, passed away on December 23, 2017 in Artesia.

Visitation will be on Friday, December 29 at Terpening & Son Mortuary from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pallbearers are her grandsons Lino Aguirre, Tito Aguirre Jr., Myka Aguirre, Joshua Wooten, Jacob Wooten, Marcos Gomez, Ismael Gomez, Kristopher Madrid, Anthony Burge, Terry Wayne Burge, Michael Brown Jr. and nephew Jeremy Luevano.

Nancy was born on April 17, 1950 in Artesia; the daughter of Eloisa Luevano. On May 22, 1967 she married Martin Losoya in Artesia. She was a lifelong resident of Artesia.

She was a housewife and a Jehovah Witness. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, garage sales, her grandchildren, word puzzles, sudoku and her ministry with her faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Dolores Burge, granddaughter Anyssa Losoya, and brothers Tony Luevano and Manuel Luevano.

Survivors include her husband Martin Losoya of Artesia; daughters Michelle Losoya, Laura Aguirre, Leticia Gomez, Cristina Losoya and Sarah Losoya all of Artesia; brothers Johnny Luevano of Roswell, N.M., Frankie Benavidez of Hobbs, N.M., Sammy Luevano of Midland, T.X., Juan Martinez of Artesia and David Martinez of Artesia; sisters Christina Martinez of Artesia and Sokie Ruiz of Hobbs; 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

    She is now with our LORD and with her two brothers, Tony and Manuel. God called upon her, because she completed her task on earth. She will never suffer again and will now live in paradise.
